1. The prices of the commodities sold by authorized distributors must be strictly in accordance with the prices of the products provided by Yongkang Wolong Commodity Co., Ltd. and the prices must not be altered without authorization.

2. Authorized distributors must complete the sales volume stipulated by the company while operating Wolong products, otherwise the company has the right to withdraw the authorization.

3. Authorized distributors should fully support and cooperate with Wolong's market development, management and maintenance, and actively feed back to Wolong's sales dynamics and market information of the same product market competition.
